Gratitude is the door of God’s abundant blessings. When we generously thank good people for their little or big help, God is pleased. He blesses the donors abundantly but also multiplies his providential help.
During the last three years (2017-19) Mr. Rey Ong has donated to the poor 2,000 Tshirts and 2,000 slippers. Some of the slippers are gifted by his supplier Mr. Rolando K. Lim of Kingswood Rubber Corporation, Cebu. He generously gave them through the ministry of the Ave Maria Holy Family members.
There are many poor children among us. Some of them are very hungry and helpless. Let’s all remember the golden words of Our Lord: charity is the door to heaven. ‘When I was hungry, you gave me food. When I was thirsty you gave me drink’! Inspired by these celestial words, we ‘Ave Maria Holy Family’ members are feeding hundreds children of San Rafael and neighboring areas on all Saturdays. We are not only feeding and clothing them, but also forming them as loving children of our heavenly Father. God bless all good Samaritans who are helping the poor.
