A 26-YEAR-OLD woman was arrested by elements of the Bunawan Police Station after she tried to sneak in shabu to her reported detained lover around 9 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 28.
The police identified her as Michelle Odevilas Buenavides, a resident of Purok 12, Tibungco, this city.
While on a routine inspection, Staff Sergeant Regino Achacoso found the contraband stuffed in brown sugar supposedly for her lover who was detained inside the police station.
A case has been prepared by the police against Buenavides for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
