Jubilation is in order as the University of Mindanao’s 2019 Legion of Topnotchers has a new member in the form of Jogie L. Hadlocon.
Hadlocon scored 85% to earn 8th place in the list of top examinees nationwide in the Psychometrician Licensure Examination given by the Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) Board of Psychology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga; with 6,800 successfully passing out of the more than 10, 000 who registered for the exam, according to data from the PRC.
Despite that figure, the exam results were still impressive as about 80 examinees were recorded in the top 10 places.
