Ground personnel manning the check-in counters were augmented with “on-standby” staff while customer happiness desks were made easily accessible at key hubs to efficiently assist guests on their various travel requirements and inquiries through the Ask Bo feature on AirAsia MOVE app.
“We expect a significant surge in guest volume this week as many of our kababayans are making last-minute bookings on their holiday plans.
