THE Anflo Industrial Estate gains recognition as its Cold Storage Facility is the first of such in the Philippines to receive EDGE Certification.
The AIE Cold Storage Facility is EDGE Advanced (Zero Carbon Ready) as it garnered 51% energy savings, 29% water savings, and 38% less embodied energy in materials.
The milestone is a testament that AIE assures its locators and tenants will receive only the highest quality of service possible. EDGE Certification is awarded to properties employing solutions to reduce carbon footprint and sustain efficiency in using natural resources.
