THIS YEAR’S World Travel Expo 2025 will invite several travel agencies and properties bringing in more unique traveling offers to support Davao City’s tourism, hotels, and accommodations.
Liza Gamo, president of Hotels, Resorts Sales and Marketing Association Inc (HRSMA), highlighted that the expo will help promote big and small hotels, including resorts, on how they sell their properties to visitors.
“This is really a Davao Region initiative to promote not only Davao City but also Davao Region to the world and, of course, to the entire Philippines,” Gamo said at the PEP Talks on May 23.
Gamo said the event contributes to further promoting Davao City, as Davaoenos and visitors alike can avail themselves of many travel offers. She added they’ve always been received well and vowed to hold more travel expos for years to come.
The World Travel Expo 2025 will start from May 30 to June 1 at Abreeza Ayala Malls, featuring exclusive deals, vouchers, and discounts on hotels and tours with travel agencies from Manila, Cebu, and Davao participating.
Now in its third year, the World Travel Expo partnered with GCash and banks like BDO for easy and convenient “buy now, pay later” offers.
