A WELDER was nabbed for allegedly selling shabu at Zone 4, Fatima Village, Km. 11, Barangay Sasa at 3:05 p.m. on Saturday.
He was identified as Jason Bueno, 27, single, and a resident of the said place.
Nephi Noli Dimaandal, spokesperson of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency XI, said Bueno was arrested for selling a small sachet of suspected shabu worth P1,000 to one of their agents who acted as poseur buyer.
Another sachet of shabu and the buy-bust money were also seized during the operation. Bueno is now detained in the PDEA XI detention facility.
Meanwhile, a case for violation of Sec. 5 (Sale of Dangerous Drugs) and Sec. 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of Republic Act 9165 ( Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) is being prepared against him.
