THE POLICE Regional Office (PRO) XI successfully served 449 arrest warrants and arrested fugitives throughout May 2025, demonstrating heightened efforts against criminality in the Davao Region.
Under the leadership of PBGen. Leon Victor Z. Rosete, PRO XI’s operations led to the capture of 131 individuals identified as most wanted persons, and 242 other fugitives during the month-long intensified campaign.
Notably, among those arrested were 46 individuals listed on the Top 10 Most Wanted list.
Rosete said the accomplishment reflected the PRO XI’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of every community in the region.
He emphasized that these results aligned with the marching orders of Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief PGen. Nicolas D. Torre III, particularly his “5-minute response time,” which stresses swift and responsive public service.
“Each arrest is a step closer to a safer Davao,” Rosete said. “Let us continue working together, not only to enforce the law but to rebuild public trust and bring justice to victims.”
