Metrobank UITFs named among the country’s top managed funds at the 2025 CFA Society Philippines Awards

Metrobank’s Trust Banking Group has once again been recognized for its excellence in fund management of peso- and dollar-denominated unit investment trust funds at the recently held CFA Society Philippines’ 10th Annual Best Managed Funds of the Year Awards for 2025.

The annual awards, entitled Vision 2025, highlights outstanding fund managers in the country for their expertise in professionally managing funds that generate the highest risk-adjusted returns compared to their peers from the years 2020 to 2024. This year’s awards introduced new categories focusing on global feeder funds along with local money markets and thematic funds.

This year, Metrobank’s Trust Banking Group was honored for its high-performing UITFs, namely:

About 16 investment houses and trust institutions participated in this year’s awards, gathering 170 qualified funds across multiple categories. The winners were determined by the CFAP Fund of the Year Committee through a meticulous evaluation of investment data submitted by participating institutions.
