JVC inaugurates Johndorf Tower

JOHNDORF Ventures Corporation (JVC) marked a milestone Tuesday with the grand opening of Johndorf Tower, a 21-story commercial building strategically located in Cebu Business Park in the heart of Cebu City.
Designed to foster a healthy, energy-efficient, and environmentally sustainable workspace, Johndorf Tower caters to the office space requirements of business process management (BPM) firms and major corporations nationwide.

With JVC setting up its corporate headquarters on the 19th, 20th, and 21st floors, the following companies have so far chosen Johndorf Tower as their new home:

  • AXA Philippines, one of the largest growing insurance companies in the country.
  • Booth & Partners, provides purposefully designed and furnished private offices, open workspaces, and conference rooms for start-ups and transient business operations.
  • ASA Professionals Cebu Corp., a Singapore-based outsourcing company established in 2011 that provides one stop solution for business support to our clients in accounting, tax, corporate secretarial, and advisory services.
  • Ascendion, Inc., a global IT service management company that develops and manages software platforms that power growth, lower risk, improve work efficiency, and deliver captivating experiences to consumers and employees.

JVC president and CEO Richard Lim led the inauguration and blessing ceremony on February 25, 2025, at the building’s site beside Ayala Life-FGU Center across The Terraces of Ayala Center Cebu, between Mindanao Avenue and Biliran Loop.

“Johndorf Tower stands as a symbol of our growth and enduring legacy, reinforcing our commitment to contributing to Cebu’s vibrant economy,” said Frances Abegail “Abby” Lim, JVC assistant vice president for business development.

The tower, which rises prominently on Cebu Business Park’s economic horizon, offers a dynamic, mixed-use community capable of accommodating up to 3,000 employees when fully occupied.

Its strategic location provides tenants with easy access to commercial establishments, restaurants, and transportation hubs.

A Grade A development, Johndorf Tower also serves as JVC’s new corporate headquarters. It is LEED Gold-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), a globally recognized standard of sustainability and energy efficiency.

The LEED framework ensures that tenants enjoy a safe, secure, and eco-friendly environment designed to maximize energy performance and operational efficiency.

Johndorf Tower offers a gross leasable area of 16,019.01 square meters, including 11 levels of office spaces from the 8th to 18th floors. Each level has 3-meter floor-to-ceiling height, already provided with a ceiling and air-conditioning system.

Always There. Johndorf Ventures Corp. employees are ready to serve their customers better at their new headquarters in Johndorf Tower, keeping in mind their company slogan, “Always There.”

It has five levels of podium parking on the 2nd to 7th floors, two penthouse floors, separate garden and service decks, and a ground floor for dining and entertainment.

It is equipped with five passenger programmable high-speed elevators and one service elevator and a 100-percent back-up power and state-of-the-art safety and security features.

The architectural design was entrusted to Jose Siao Ling & Associates, with Monocrete Construction Philippines Inc. serving as the general contractor. Leechiu Property Consultants spearheaded leasing efforts.

Celebrating 40 years of excellence, JVC has evolved from developing affordable housing to creating mixed-use communities.

The company has established 50 communities across Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Butuan, and Cebu, contributing to regional development and enhancing the quality of life for thousands of residents.
