Globe gears up for the final leg of its highly anticipated G FEST 2024, happening at the SMX Convention Center in Davao City on November 16, 2024. This leg concludes Globe’s first regional rollout of the highly anticipated annual event.
The immersive celebration seeks to inspire the Filipinos to embrace a culture of courage through music and creativity by bringing together local icons and fans under one roof.
Stellar performances await spectators at the SMX main stage, featuring a lineup that includes Maki, PLAYERTWO, Paul Pablo, Maki, gins&melodies, NAMELESS KIDS, and Angela Ken. Each performer is expected to deliver a distinct sound and style, adding to an electrifying atmosphere.
Another highlight of the upcoming event will be the Go Lang Nang Go workshops, featuring beloved Davao talents PLAYERTWO and Paul Pablo from Warner Music Philippines. Taking place at Park Inn by Radisson Davao, these workshops will allow participants to learn directly from artists with deep roots in the Davao community.
PLAYERTWO is set to lead a “Music in Poetry” workshop, where they’ll dive into hip-hop culture, teach freestyle techniques, and share how their Davao roots shape their artistry. Participants will have a rare chance to join PLAYERTWO on the G FEST Courage Stage for a live freestyle session during the evening’s performances, transforming their learning into an unforgettable moment.
Paul Pablo’s “Davao Pride” workshop, on the other hand, will focus on self-expression through music, fashion, and creativity, while shedding light on his advocacy as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and how these elements influence his artistic journey.
