SFO4 Ramil Gillado, Bureau of Fire and Protection Intelligence and Investigation chief, said the fire started at the kitchen of the house of Darlina C. Decinilla.
A light bulb caused the fire and it burned down about P135,000 in properties, although no one was hurt.
He said the the fire escalated immediately because the house were made of light materials. The firefighters were able to put out the fire about 30 minutes later.
