EASTERN Mindanao Command chief Lt. Gen. Rex Luis Bergante emphasized the importance of health, highlighting that personal well-being is vital for both individuals and communities.
On Aug. 20, the Eastern Mindanao Command (EastMinCom), led by the Office of the Assistant Chief of Unified Command Staff (ACUCS) for Civil-Military Operations, OU7, in partnership with the Health Service Center – Eastern Mindanao (HSCtr-EM), conducted a Serbisyo Caravan at Naval Station Felix Apolinario in Panacan, Davao City.
Themed “Panaghi-usa ug Panag-uban alang sa Tiunay nga Kalinaw ug Kalambuan” (Unity and Cooperation for Genuine Peace and Development), the event aimed to enhance collaboration across sectors, promoting lasting peace and sustainable community growth.
Bergante reiterated the importance of health, stating that personal well-being is crucial for both individuals and communities.
“The Eastern Mindanao Command is deeply committed to supporting initiatives that promote overall health and well-being. I am delighted to be here today and encourage everyone to take full advantage of the health and wellness services provided,” he stated.
The Serbisyo Caravan is one of the Command’s pre-anniversary events in celebration of its 18th Founding Anniversary on Aug. 28.
