For those who are between 12 and 17 years old, they should also bringing their birth certificates, identification cards, identification cards of their parents or guardians and barangay certificates or special power of attorney of their guardians when they visit the vaccination sites.

Yesterday, the city council under the Office of Vice Mayor Sebastian Duterte also held a vaccination rollout at the Malabog Elementary School and that BArangay Datu Salumay in Marilog.

Mayor Sara Duterte on Monday expressed her optimism that the city government will be able to hit its target.
