AN ALLEGED drug pusher was killed after he reportedly resisted arrest in a buy-bust in Carson Pagkakaisa, Barangay Lubogan, Toril District, around 11:20 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 22.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, spokesperson of the Davao City Police Office, only identified the suspect as alias John.
Accordingly, the suspect sold a sachet of shabu to a poseur-buyer but reportedly tried to fight the operating team after sensing that he was dealing with police officers.
Seized from him were four sachets of shabu worth P1,632, a brown sling bag, and the P1,000 buy-bust money.
