THE VICE Mayor’s Office Mobile Vaccination Team, together with the councilors of the 20th Davao City council, has already scheduled mobile vaccinations in the three districts as part of their contribution to the intensified drive against the COVID-19 virus.
The councilors have started their mobile vaccination in the different barangays as early as August 3, 2022.
For the whole month of August, the councilors of the 20th Davao City Council have set their schedule as follows:
For the first district, Councilor Pilar Braga has scheduled vaccination on August 12 at the Barangay 5-A Covered Court; August 13 at Barangay 10-A (DOHA Covered Court); and on August 27 at Barangay 1-A and 2-A at Riverside Gym.
Councilor Louie John Bonguyan has scheduled mobile vaccination on August 26 in Barangay Cabantian.
Councilor Luna Maria Dominique Acosta has scheduled the mobile vaccination for August 27 at the Bago Aplaya Barangay Hall.
Councilor Jessica Bonguyan-Galope has scheduled mobile vaccination on August 26 in Barangay Maa.
For the second district, Councilor Richlyn Noval Justol-Baguilod has scheduled a vaccination drive on August 13 at the Amparo Homes Gym, Barangay Ilang; August 20 in Barangay San Isidro; and August 27 in Barangay Bunawan Proper
Councilor Dante Apostol has scheduled a vaccination drive on August 13 at the Corcuera Elementary School; August 14 at Gatungan Integrated School; August 20 at Osmena Elementary School; and August 21 at the Panacan Relocation Gym.
For the third district, Councilor Trisha Ann Jasmin Villafuerte scheduled the mobile vaccination on August 12 at the Los Amigos Barangay Hall; August 17 in Barangay Angalan; August 19 in New Carmen and New Valencia; August 26 in Manambulan; and August 31 in Mintal Bago Oshiro.
Councilor Alberto Ungab scheduled the mobile vaccination on August 12 at the Biao Guianga Barangay Hall; August 17 at the Tugbok Covered Court; August 19 at the Tacunan Covered Court; August 26 at the Tagakpan Covered Court; and August 31 beside the Sto. Nino Barangay Hall.
Councilors Myrna Dalolo-Ortiz and Councilor Bai Hundra Cassandra Dominique Advincula have a joint mobile vaccination schedule on August 24 at the Bayabas Gym.
Councilor Conde Baluran has scheduled mobile vaccination on August 17 in Barangay Suawan and on August 25 in Barangay Malamba.
Mary Ann Fernandez, technical adviser on public affairs of the Vice Mayor’s Office Mobile Vaccination team, said during the media forum that before the rollout, barangay officials must also utilize a recorrida to announce the mobile vaccination rollout.
A weekly announcement of the SP-led mobile vaccination is posted on weekly vaccination sites and mobile vaccination sites.
