A FIRE claimed the lives of two teens who were trapped inside their house in Purok Kaunlaran, Barangay Saloy, Calinan District, around 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8.

Captain Hazel Tuazon, spokesperson of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO), identified the victims as Lex Antiga Romero, 14, and Loygie Antiga Romero, 13.

According to the report, Sergio Camello Juarez, the 48-year-old neighbor, noticed the flames and smoke from the victims’ house and promptly called for help.
