A CITY-LEVEL target was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Catalunan Grande, around 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 7.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, spokesperson of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO), identified him as Ric Macasling Condino alias Lucas, 34, single, driver, and a resident of the barangay.
Tuazon said Condino is considered a Top 5 city-level target.
According to the report, the suspect was arrested after he sold a sachet of shabu in exchange for buy-bust money.
The operating team, led by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit of the Sta. Ana Police Station (PS1), DCPO, together with the City Drugs Enforcement Unit also seized 8.43 grams of shabu worth P57,324.
The suspect is now under the custody of the Sta. Ana Police Station while a case for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
