A drug suspect is facing multiple criminal charges for illegal drugs and unlicensed gun seized during a buy-bust operation in Pag-asa Village, Barangay Buhangin Proper, Buhangin District on Thursday.
Major Estrello Ramiso, commander of Buhangin Police Station, identified the suspect as Jimmy Medalla, 23, driver, of Purok NIC, Palm Drive, Buhangin Proper.
Medalla was arrested after he sold a sachet of shabu to an undercover police officer along Col. Palacio Street, Pag-asa Village at 4:45 p.m.
Operatives seized four sachets of shabu worth P2,500 and a .38 revolver with three live bullets from the suspect.
