THE SM City Davao and Lanang malls will launch a number of events during the 39th Kadayawan Festival celebration.
On Aug. 5 at the Kapehan sa Dabaw, SM City Davao mall manager Leah Delarmente announced SM’s schedule of Kadayawan events for the month of August. SM Ecoland and SM Lanang will have their separate events during the celebration.
Delarmente added Both malls will also offer a Kadayawan Sale with 50% off discounts during the Kadayawan celebration on August 9 to 18.
In SM Ecoland, the activities to be launched are Kadayawan Street Eats on Aug. 8-11 held at the Starbucks Parking. SM’s Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) will feature craft markets from Aug. 9 to 20 at the Annex Center.
She also said that there will be ten purveyors who will showcase at the MSME such as IsaBella Tree of Life, Bare Bear Kadayawan, Calista Finds Davao, Hagtags Co., Lazy Daisy, Weave and Dream, and others.
“So these are all local craft markets that will be featured during our MSME from August 9 to 20,” she said.
For SM Lanang, the scheduled activities are the Durian Festival from Aug. 9 to 15, Bonsai Show from Aug. 11 to 18, and Minpop Fest from Aug. 15 to 18.
