DAVAO LIGHT and Power Co., Inc. will conduct two different sets of power interruptions on July 24, Saturday, affecting customers in different areas of Davao City.
The first set will be two 45-minute power interruptions anytime between 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.. Specifically affected are customers in Davao-Bukidnon Road, from Bambu Estate up to Mintal Elementary School, including parts of Barangay Sto. Niño, Mintal Proper and neighboring areas.
These service disruptions will be necessary to facilitate pole relocation and line transfer along Davao-Bukidnon road affected by the DPWH road widening project.
Meanwhile, the second set will be two 15-minute power interruptions anytime between 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.. These will be necessary to facilitate pole relocation along Diversion Road, near Maa Bridge up to corner Bacaca Road.
Customers affected are from Car Care Center Petron along Bacaca Road up to Diversion Road, along Buhangin Underpass to the entrance of Jade Valley Homes, including El Rio Vista Village and neighboring areas.
Davao Light apologizes for the inconvenience brought about by these scheduled power interruptions. But it will exert all efforts to restore electric service as scheduled or earlier. However, there may be instances where restoration may extend beyond the schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
