PUBLiCUS Asia Inc. To Use Centurion App for 2025 Senate Tracking

MANILA  – PUBLiCUS Asia Inc., the leading political consultancy firm in the country, will use its proprietary campaign platform, Centurion, for a tracking survey on voter sentiment ahead of the 2025 midterm elections. The tracking will cover the Top 25 vote-rich provinces (See Annex A) in the Philippines, capturing voter preferences and key election-related issues.

Overview of the T25 tracking survey

The survey, to be known as T25 Tracking, will focus on the top 25 provinces based on election data from the Commission on Election (COMELEC) which accounts for 58% of total registered voters (TRV), or 39.5 million out of 69 million. These areas will be grouped into five clusters – North Central Luzon (NCL), Southern Luzon (SL), National Capital Region (NCR), Visayas (Vis) and Mindanao (Min).

Methodology and respondents per area

The sample size will range from 3,000 respondents for Feb 25 and March 15. And 5,000 respondents from March 25 to May 12, randomly selected among registered voters across the identified provinces. The margin of error is ±2% for N=3,000 and ±1% for N=5,000, ensuring high accuracy in the survey results. The breakdown per cluster is as follows:

The target respondents will independently complete the survey questions utilizing the Centurion platform. Respondents will access the survey using a QR code. For each tracking period, a newly recruited or selected set of respondents will participate in the survey. The number of respondents to be recruited per province will be proportionally allocated to approximate the voter population distribution within each province.

The demographics will be integrated into Centurion at the entry point. The demographics are Age, Gender, Education, SES, Profession and Religion.

Key questions in the survey

The survey will consist of seven core questions: (1) Top-of-Mind Candidate Choice, (2) Likelihood of Changing TOM Choice, (3) Candidate Awareness and Trust Ratings, (4) Voter Preference, (5) Likelihood of Changing Choice among Preferences, (6) Ranking of Most Important Issues, (7) Impact of Endorsements on Voting Decision.
