TAGUIG CITY – For the 10th consecutive year, leading life insurer Pru Life UK provides support for Brigada Eskwela by donating cleaning supplies in time for the opening of classes. This year’s recipient is Gat Andres Bonifacio Elementary School in Taguig City, one of Pru Life UK’s new partner schools for its ongoing Cha-Ching Programme curriculum rollout.

Brigada Eskwela, also known as the National School Maintenance Week, is a program spearheaded by the Department of Education (DepEd) that encourages community members to come together and contribute their time and resources to ensure that schools are ready for the new academic year.

Pru Life UK emphasizes the importance of community collaboration in improving educational facilities and creating a conducive learning environment for students. The company believes that clean, well-maintained schools can positively impact students’ ability to learn and succeed.

“Our participation in Brigada Eskwela demonstrates our commitment to educational excellence and community service. By helping to prepare schools for the new academic year, we’re supporting our community in a very practical way,” shares Maricel E. Estavillo, Pru Life UK’s vice president for government relations & sustainability.

This hands-on approach to community service reflects the company’s dedication to meaningful impact and positive change.

By uniting in this meaningful cause, Pru Life UK contributes to a better future for our students, supporting Pru Life UK’s dedication to sustainable development and corporate responsibility.
