President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. spearheaded the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP) Leaders’ Convergence Summit in Manila on Friday, rallying party members under the theme “Tugon at Aksyon sa Pag-unlad” (Response and Action for Progress).
The gathering served as a platform for the party to present its key senatorial bets for the upcoming 2025 midterm elections, collectively known as “TAP 3″—Senator Francis Tolentino, former Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos, and former Senator Manny Pacquiao.
He called on party members to unite behind the TAP 3 team, emphasizing their track records in public service and their alignment with his administration’s vision.
The summit brought together PFP officials, local leaders, and allies, solidifying the party’s strategy for the midterm elections.
With Marcos at the helm, PFP aims to secure a strong presence in the Senate to push forward key legislative priorities supporting economic recovery, governance reforms, and social programs.
The event underscored PFP’s growing political influence as it prepares for a high-stakes electoral battle in 2025. PR
