Philippines’ top culinary masters descend in Davao City for the seventh season of Mindanao’s biggest culinary cup happening on May 23-25 at SM Lanang.
The 7th Davao Culinary Cup (DCC), which is co-organized by SM Lanang and the LTB Philippines Chefs Association of Davao, brings together renowned chefs from Manila namely James Antolin, J Gamboa, Sito Senn, Mike Yap, Norbert Gandler, Kenneth Cacho, Chris Balane, Cherrie Tan, Brando Santos, Carlos Aluning, Paulo Sia, Lara Dizon, Reggie Aspiras, Penk Ching, and Jackie Ang Po.
More than 300 hundred participants composed of chefs from culinary schools, restaurateurs, and enthusiasts vie to be Mindanao’s best in different competition categories.
Beyond competition, DCC aims to elevate the standards of culinary excellence in Mindanao and showcase the region’s exceptional flavors through the artistry and creativity of talented Mindanaoan participants.
