THREE individuals involved in a commotion were apprehended at Metro Circle Public Market, Barangay 2-A, Bankerohan around 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 20.
PCPL Annual Hussam and Police Auxiliary Ansanie Jamillah Pasandalan endorsed Miscelle and Allan Artiaga, siblings and vendors, along with Carlos Lebrado, to the San Pedro Police Station.
Lebrado claimed he was attacked by the Artiaga siblings while he was only passing by.
The siblings, however, insisted they were assaulted by a group of unidentified individuals after a heated argument with their mother during a drinking session inside their store.
Lebrado has chosen not to press charges and opted to settlement their dispute at Barangay 2-A.
