ANOTHER city-level target was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Purok Gemini, Barangay Lasang, Bunawan District at 10:11 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 21.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, spokesperson of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO), identified him as Ricky Tumolac, 32, laborer, and resident of La Filipina, Tagum City.
Tuazon said Tumolac was considered a top 9 city-level target.
According to the report, the suspect was arrested after he handed a sachet of shabu worth P1,000 to personnel of the Bunawan Police Station. Authorities seized 6.65 grams of shabu valued at P45,220 from the suspect.
The suspect is now under the custody of Bunawan Police Station for filing of appropriate case for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
