THE INTERNATIONAL Development Program (IDP) Philippines, in partnership with McCare Global Consulting, Inc., officially relocated its International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Shared Lab in Davao City to a larger and more upgraded venue on Jan 28, 2025.
The new facility now provides a more spacious and more comfortable space for test-takers providing them with enhanced experiences in completing their IELTS exams as they pursue their studies, work, or migrate to another country.
This includes the IELTS on Computer and IELTS on Paper testing formats to cater to diverse needs, providing greater flexibility, and convenience for Filipinos who are eager to take the tests.
IELTS testing centers aim to provide Filipinos with accessible English proficiency tests who are aiming to study or work in an English-speaking environment. The exams will require a clear understanding of the four skills; Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
During the relaunching, IDP Philippines and McCare Global Consulting, Inc. inked a contract signing for the ‘Official Test Venue IELTS on Computer – Davao’ that will be valid until Jun 30, 2028.
The testing center is now located at Unit 301-303, Cocolife Davao building, CM Recto Ave. cor. Palma Gil St. The facility was previously located at Unit #4, Centron Bldg., Elpidio Quirino Ave. back in 2021.
The Philippines currently has two major IELTS test centers, located in Manila and Cebu, and 20 IELTS-shared labs.
