HQ COMPANY Special Energy Philippines and ZamboEcozone PSA – Power Supply Agreement for the 20MW PV (Solar) Farm

HQ COMPANY SPECIAL Energy Philippines formerly known as SungGwang Solar Power Engineering Services Inc., changed its company name to coincide with its mother company in Japan.

**Mr. Yongsoo Samuel Cho Chief Executive Officer and President of HQ Company**

HQ COMPANY Japan is an investment company that started in 2006 in Japan solely owned by Mr. Yongsoo Samuel Cho (CEO/President of SungGwang). While HQ COMPANY Special Energy Philippines is a corporation headed as well by CEO Yongsoo Samuel Cho.

**PSA – Power Supply Agreement Signing at the Office of the Chairman in ZAMBOECOZONE.**

Last July 24, 2023 a PSA Power Supply Agreement took place between HQ Company Special Energy Philippines and Zamboanga Ecozone Freeport Authority at the Ecozone office. This Agreement took place at the office premises of ZamboEcozone.

The 5MW Energy supply will be exclusively for the ZamboEcozone locators. Whilst the 15MW will be sold off to the NGCP.
