THE BODY of a man found at 8:20 a.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024, on Bypass Road in Barangay Catalunan Pequeño has been identified.
According to the Davao City Police Office (DCPO) report, the victim was identified as Rico Mahinay, 32, from Sawata, Davao del Norte. He succumbed to multiple stab wounds.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, the spokesperson of the Davao City Police Office, said the motive and suspect behind the crime have not yet been determined as the investigation is ongoing.
Tuazon asked anyone with information on the incident to contact the Davao City Police Office.
