A restaurant owner in Panabo City in Davao del Norte treats foodpanda delivery partners with a thanksgiving event, giving away free meals and tokens of appreciation.
Around 65 riders attended the event, which was sponsored by husband and wife Rey and Liza Ladroma, owners of Mindanao-based restaurant Hangry Tuna. A proud partner vendor of foodpanda, they have been on the platform since February last year. To show their support and appreciation to foodpanda and Ka-panda delivery partners, they conducted their own “pasasalamat” event where the riders happily got together and even won some prizes from the raffle activity.
“foodpanda, together with their delivery partners, has been a huge part of our business success over the past year. So, to commemorate a successful first year of our partnership, we organized and put up this event from our own pockets as our way of thanking them,” said the restaurant owners.
