Firm opens new recruitment hub

Full Potential Solutions (FPS), a global customer experience (CX) outsourcing company, opens its new Recruitment Hub at the Ground Floor of Diamond Tower, Damosaland I.T. Park last Aug. 18, 2022. Local government officials, business and community leaders participated in the event including Guests of Honor Vice-Mayor Jay Melchor Quitain Jr., Councilor Al Ryan Alejandre, representing Mayor Sebastian Duterte, Damosaland President Ricardo Lagdameo, and LGBT Davao City Coalition CMO Teeny Arnaiz. TikToker celebrities Chardie B and Querubin Llavore also participated in the event. Davao City’s pride, the Kalumon Cultural Performers, energized the crowd with their Kadayawan-inspired dance performances.

The Recruitment Hub launch is the first phase of Full Potential Solutions’ site inauguration. The hub targets to hire more than 500 professionals across Customer Service, Sales, Financial and Technical portfolio by the end of this year. Full Potential Solutions will offer its complete set of CX solutions, including customer retention, cross-selling and acquisition programs for Fortune 500 companies.
