A trisikad driver was arrested along San Pedro Extension at 9:43 a.m. on Wednesday after he was caught in the act of soliciting bets for the illegal numbers game, “last two.”The suspect was identified as Filjun Dogol-Dogol Ruelan, 39, a resident of the place.
Confiscated from the suspect are the bet money worth P320 and gambling paraphernalia.
The suspect is now temporarily detained in the San Pedro Police Station for proper disposition.
