BRIGADIER General Alden Delvo officially retires from the force on April 25 as the director of the Police Regional Office XI in a ceremony held at Camp Quintin Merecido in Buhangin.
PNP Director General Rommel Marbil was reportedly invited to officiate the retirement ceremony around 3 pm.
General Delvo assumed his role as PRO XI director in March 2023.
Previously, he served as chief of the area police command in Eastern Mindanao and station commander of San Pedro Police Station.
He graduated from the Philippine National Police Academy in 1995.
When asked about Delvo’s replacement, Major Catherine Dela Rey, PRO XI spokesperson, said they haven’t received any official information yet.
Brig Gen Wilson Soliba, the current deputy regional director for administration (DRDA), will assume as the PRO XI acting chief.
