This year’s edition marked the comeback of the biennial sports meet after a six-year hiatus, following its cancelation in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The BIMP-EAGA+NT friendship games was developed to promote excellence and camaraderie in sports, as well as to preserve the rich culture and heritage of the participating countries in the sub-region.
