NABUNTURAN, DDO — The Davao de Oro Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCol. Benedicto F. Faco, officer-in-charge, remained No. 1 in the PNP-PRO XI’s Unit Performance Evaluation Rating (UPER) for the month of July.
The Davao de Oro Police PPO, as well as Davao del Sur PPO, earned both shared top honors among six performing units under the Police Regional Office XI after they garnered a total of 974.14 points each.
Faco credited all the police personnel of DDOPPO for the good rating as he said they “have continuously worked hard to achieve the objectives and targets, catapulting the unit to the top of the UPER for the months of June and July, respectively.”
He then congratulated his men for the job well done.
The UPER System of the Philippine National Police (PNP) was conceptualized as a standardized evaluation tool to assess the performance of the different PNP offices/units nationwide. Through the UPER System, performance targets and accomplishments are qualified and quantified in measurable parameters with corresponding point allocation.
PNP offices/units nationwide can identify their performance targets and measure their respective accomplishments in a specified period. (DDOPPO-PIO)
