Davao Light introduces new mobile number for enhanced customer service

IN LINE with its commitment to enhancing customer service, Davao Light and Power Co., Inc. (Davao Light) announced a new mobile number.

The new support line — 0919 056 3572 allows Davao Light customer service representatives to cater to multiple calls simultaneously. “As a power distribution utility, this is a positive development in our services as we put a high value on our customers’ concerns,” said Fermin Edillon, Davao Light Reputation Enhancement Department head. “With the new line’s capacity to accommodate 10 calls at the same time, we want to ensure that all customer concerns and reports are received and addressed,” he added.

With this development came the decommissioning of the company’s two existing mobile numbers — 0920 970 1357 and 0917 864 2793 last August 31.

“We highly encourage our customers to add our new mobile number to their contacts or update their Davao Light contact details and stay in touch with us,” said Edillon. He also shared that the line can only be reached by calls through mobile phones and does not receive text messages.

On top of this, it is also important for Davao Light to provide diverse communication channels for its customers depending on their preferences. In addition to this mobile number, the company’s 24/7 customer contact service can be reached at (082) 229 3572, (084) 655 3572 (Panabo), Facebook at DavaoLightOfficial, X (formerly Twitter) at davao_light, and through email at davaolight@aboitiz.com.
