Davao de Oro police investigate four bodies

THE DAVAO de Oro Provincial Police Office is investigating the four separate bodies killed in cold blood in different areas of the province on Monday, May 13.

According to the report of Police Regional Office (PRO) XI, the first body, a male with a tattoo wearing black clothing, was found around 6:30 a.m. in Purok 1, Bitoon, Barangay Tagdangua, Pantukan. 

The victim has been identified as 44-year-old Rey Quidato. Police recovered six empty cartridges from a .56mm gun and two from a .45 caliber pistol at the scene.

Authorities discovered two more bodies around 9:47 a.m. in the streets of Purok 1, Barangay Panibasan, Maco. 

The victims were identified as Joseph Mifania Cosal, a 40-year-old chainsaw operator, and Aldrin Catubay Dagsangan, a 37-year-old miner. 

Police found five empty bullet casings from a .45 caliber weapon and two from a 5.56 caliber firearm at the scene.

An unidentified male body was found later in the afternoon in Barangay Tagdangua, Pantukan. 

Meanwhile, the Davao de Oro Police Provincial Office is actively investigating these incidents and following up on leads.
