A CITY-LEVEL target was arrested in a buy-bust at New Society Village, Barangay Ilang, at 6:51 p.m. on Monday, April 15.
Police only identified him as alias Rocky, a top 9 city-level target.
The operation was led by Lt. Arnieto Ico, Sasa Police Station Drug Enforcement Team deputy commander, along with personnel from the 1105th Regional Mobile Force Battalion and the 1st City Mobile Force Company Intelligence Unit.
According to DCPO spokesperson Captain Hazel Tuazon, authorities confiscated four sachets of suspected shabu weighing 3.99 grams and an estimated street value of P55,860. The P500 buy-bust money was also recovered.

Rocky is currently detained in the Sasa Police Station while the paperwork for the case through summary inquest proceedings is underway.
