A 34-YEAR-OLD man yielded P86,000 worth of shabu during a buy-bust operation conducted at Roseville Subdivision, Barangay Angliongto, at 9:15 p.m on June 3.
Agents of the Regional Special Enforcement Team of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office XI together with the National Bureau of Investigation South Eastern Mindanao Regional Office XI arrested Alyster Pagaduan, single and a resident of the said place.
According to the PDEA report, Pagaduan was arrested for selling a sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less one gram worth P6,000 to an agent who acted as a poseur buyer.
Authorities also seized another sachet with suspected shabu weighing more or less five grams with a street value of P80,000 and the buy-bust marked money during the operation.
Pagaduan is now detained in the PDEA XI detention facility, the seized illegal drugs were submitted to the laboratory section of this office for examination.
PDEA XI spokesperson Nephi Noli Dimaandal said the suspect faces a case for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
