PURPOSE-DRIVEN innovation at the Ayala Group took the spotlight in this year’s Stevie Awards, bringing home six Golds for making a real-world impact on its customers and stakeholders.
From products that enhance capital access to programs that provide life-enabling services, the Ayala Group’s affiliates and business units were cited for innovation excellence.

- Achievement in Finance: Ayala Land and Makati Development Corporation for KaAgaPay Vendor Financing Program
The KaAgaPay Vendor Financing Program provides small and medium enterprises easier and faster access to capital. KaAgapay, which means “companion” in Filipino, and a play on “aga” or early and “pay” for payment, is a fully automated program that optimizes the Ayala Group’s existing systems to provide quick capital access for Filipino entrepreneurs with “zero collateral, reduced charges, and lower risks.”
- Innovation in Non-Profit/NGO Publications: Ayala Foundation, Inc., for THRIVE: Stories from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program
A collaboration between AFI and the Department of Social Welfare and Development, THRIVE documents the impact of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) program on millions of Filipinos, capturing stories of how their lives have changed since the 4Ps was implemented. By sharing inspiring stories of how the program has helped break the poverty cycle, the publication serves to drum up greater support from key stakeholders.

- Excellence in Innovation in Financial Industries – 100 or More Employees” BPI for “May BPI Dito!”
This campaign seeks to revolutionize financial inclusion by making banking services accessible to more Filipinos. Under the “May BPI Dito!” program, the bank expanded its presence to more digital and physical channels, including partner community-based stores, an e-commerce platform, and barangays. By meeting customers where they are, BPI signed up 200,000 new accounts in the first year of the campaign— a milestone in its quest for greater financial inclusion.
- Excellence in Innovation in Financial Industries – 100 or More Employees” BPI for “May BPI Dito!”
- Innovation in Community Relations or Public Service Communications: Ayala Corporation for Saludo sa Serbisyo
Saludo sa Serbisyo provides a comprehensive menu of Ayala Group products and services for the country’s uniformed personnel, improving their quality of life through access to affordable housing, car ownership, financing, livelihood training, and health and wellness services. The program also offers employment opportunities to retired officers and their dependents.
- Innovation in Sustainability: STT GDC Philippines: Leading the Future of Sustainable Digital Infrastructure
STT GDC Philippines’ development of sustainable data centers helps improve market competitiveness, contributing to the uplift of the Philippines’ data center industry. Its drive for sustainability includes the shift to 100% renewable energy in its operational data centers, use of electric vehicles and energy-efficient technologies, and adoption of eco-friendly design, materials, and systems in its facilities.
- Innovative HR Executive of the Year: BPI Chief Human Resources Officer Maria Virginia Eala
The award recognizes Eala’s brand of transformative leadership, which has enhanced employee engagement and corporate wellness, resulting in better customer service and improved financial performance.
The Ayala Group won a total of 22 Stevies this year, reflecting innovation excellence across its portfolio.
