Aquila launches Clinix+ app

THE AQUILA Softwares officially launched the Clinix+ application and the 6-1 Health monitor device in Phase 1 at the Meeting Grounds Cafe on Aug. 9.

Aquila Softwares CEO Paulo Rodriguez highlighted the key features of the launching of Phase 1 featuring the application’s ability to make appointment bookings to manage the patient’s appointment schedule and a medication reminder to monitor the patient’s health.

In the appointment booking feature, users can choose a doctor specialization (cardiologist, orthopedics, etc.), see the list of doctors available, and choose a preferred health clinic such as the Davao Doctors Hospital, Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC), and others. Users can also read the patient’s reviews to help them make informed decisions.

“Clinix+ is more than just an app. It’s your comprehensive health companion putting healthcare at your fingertips. It’s your personal healthcare assistant, your medical records keeper, your appointment scheduler, and your health monitor, all in one seamless operation,” Rodriguez said.

Aquila Softwares also has plans to launch multiple phases 2, 3, and 4 in the future. Phase 2, which launches in December, will introduce Online Pharmacy, Smart Watch Health Monitor, and Smart Ring. Phase 3 will integrate AI technology for the 6-1 and Smart Watch health monitors, and Phase 4 will feature medical drone technology.

In an interview with Dr. Alan Raymond Gavlez of the City Health Office (CHO), he said that the launching of Clinix+ and the 6-1 Health Monitor device will help doctors diagnose patients and ease consultations easily. He also believes that Clinix+ can improve healthcare services.

“Even our local City Health Office is very interested in this [Clinix+] kase like in the public health we have a lot of district health offices, 16 around the city. So napakaraming patiente but with this app it will be very easy to monitor the patients,” Galvez said.

Galvez hopes that the public can use the application and its health monitor device as it will benefit everyone by accessing timely and convenient healthcare services.

Clinix+ is available to download in the Apple App Store and Google Play store with a subscription fee of P99 per month. A premium offer of P49 in their first rollout will be offered to the 1,000 early users.

The 6-1 Health Monitor device costs P12,500 and is available through the official Clinix+ website (www.clinixplus.app) and official Facebook page. The device can measure the user’s blood pressure, glucose level, body temperature, electrocardiogram (ECG), oxygen level, and heart rate.
