A HIGH-VALUE target drug peddler was arrested by authorities in a buy-bust operation in Toril, district, on Monday night, Oct. 28.
Captain Hazel Tuazon spokesperson of the Davao city police office, identified him only as Alias “Part,” a 38-year-old resident of San Antonio Village, Matina Crossing, was apprehended around 8:40 PM on De Guzman Street, Barangay Toril Proper.
Tuazon said the suspect is considered a top 7 city-level target.
According to the report, the operation was conducted by the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) of the Davao City Police Office, led by PLT Richard Dionisio, under the supervision of PMaj Maynard D. Pascual joined by personnel from the Toril Police Station, headed by PLT Christian Orville Abug.
The suspect is now under the custody of Toril police station for the filing of an appropriate case for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
