THE 10TH Infantry (Agila) Division welcomed Department of National Defense (DND) Assistant Secretary Emmanuel Anthony V. Ramos during his visit to Camp General Manuel T. Yan Sr. on May 16.
Ramos, who is in charge of DND Logistics, Acquisitions and Self-Reliant Defense Posture, conducted a comprehensive inspection of the division’s infrastructure earmarked for titling under the Tatag ng Imprastraktura para sa Kapayapaan at Seguridad (TIKAS) project.
The DND-led initiative is a collaboration with the Department of Public Works and Highways.
Brigadier General Felix Ronnie B. Babac, officer-in-charge of the Agila Division, highlighted the project’s significance in improving military facilities. He said the upgraded living quarters and workspaces, made possible by TIKAS, have significantly boosted morale and soldier welfare.
