Davao City Water District offers an affordable installment option for customers applying for a new service connection (NSC) through DCWD Board Resolution No. 24-018.
Instead of paying outright the PhP6,000 for the NSC fee, they will only have to initially pay Php500 to have their water service connection installed. The remaining amount will be paid in installments with no interest for 11 months at Php500 per month to be added to their monthly water bill.
To avail of this offer, the customer’s service connection has been classified as residential with ½” water meter size and the customer should have already signed the service connection contract within the validity period from March 5, 2024, until March 31, 2024.
Customers may only sign the service connection contract once they have satisfied all documentary requirements and if their plumbing provision (abang) has already been approved.
