FORTY-NINE children from the Projekt Mariphil Foundation Inc., ranging from ages 3 to 18, will be given residential programs as part of the Fashion Holiday 2024.

The chosen beneficiaries will also be provided with free food, shelter, and other basic needs according to Hazel Cordova of the Projekt Mariphil Foundation Inc.

Separately, the foundation will also aid 135 students from Carmen and Panabo, ranging from kindergarten to college, with scholarship programs.

Icon Elites Artist Management collaborated with the Projekt Mariphil Foundation Inc. for the Fashion Holiday 2024, which will feature five holiday designs (New Year, Valentines, Independence, Halloween, and Christmas) curated by designers from Manila, and 46 models to join the fashion event.

“I choose them [Projekt Mariphil Foundation Inc.] because every show na ginagawa ko po we’re doing something to connect with the society that there will be love and especially Christmas is fast approaching,” Icon Elites Artist Management president Pau Garcia said during the Kapehan sa Dabaw on Dec 9.

Garcia shared that through the influence of the designers, it shows what Davao could offer in organizing fashion shows.

Fashion Holiday 2024 will be held at the Apo View Hotel on Dec 16 with a ticket fee of P1,000. The proceeds of the event will go directly to the beneficiaries.
