IBEX (NASDAQ: IBEX), a global leader in business process outsourcing (BP, O), officially launched its second customer experience (CX) service center site in the city on Monday, December 9.
Located at Felcris Centrale, 40-D Quimpo Blvd., Talomo here, the site is Ibex’s 9th site in Ibex’suntry.
Ibex CEO Bob Dechant said Ibex keeps on raising the bar with the new site, a testament that the brand keeps getting stronger.
“We in ibex have done an amazing job growing here in Davao and Bohol, and so were leading the market, our clients to move in places outside of Metro Manila,” Dechant said.
At present, there are 15,000 employees in the country, serving more than 50 clients, and six trophy clients globally.
The ibex occupies the 8th floor of the Felcris Centrale, with an initial 800 seats, and is planning to expand on the 5th floor with an additional 800 seats, eyeing to employ 2500-3500 in 2025.
Potski Alvarez, ibex Philippines president, shared that the expansion opens a new opportunity for career growth for the employees and investment in trusting the talents, is that the city offers.
“It is a testament to the Davao talent that we put our investment here, and this is us true, sting the Davao location, government, and its talents,” Alvarez stressed.

PhilJohn Trinidad, ibex Davao Sr. site director said the new site which is ten years in the making, is a reflection of the growth and success of ibex Davao which was launched in 2015.
“We are very excited to continue to provide employment to the people of Davao and this is a testament to the leadership that we have here,” Trinidad said.
Ibex Global-Davao opened in SM Lanang in August 2015, initially with 500 employees; now it has more than 900 employees.
It operates CX service centers across the country, including Quezon City, City of Mandaluyong, Pasig City, City of Parañaque, City of Muntinlupa, Davao City, and Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
The country is among the six countries that ibex operates in, with over 30 operations facilities, with a workforce of 30,000 employees.
