THE THIRD day of the 2024 National Bar Examination held at Ateneo de Davao Senior High School, Bangkal, ended peacefully, according to police.
Talomo police, under the supervision of acting commander Major Genesis Oriel, conducted a post-deployment briefing and accounted for personnel who provided joint area and site security, as well as crowd control, during the third day of the bar exam.
DCPO spokesperson Captain Hazel Tuazon confirmed that the Bar examination went smoothly.
Acting city police director Col Hansel M. Marantan congratulated everyone involved for a job well done.
Earlier, Lawyer Israelito Torreon, dean of the College of Law at Jose Maria College (JMC), sent off the school’s bar takers with best wishes and encouragement.
Torreon expressed his strong support and prayers for their success.
“Be strong and steadfast in your faith that you will be able to make it. Show the world that JMarians are resilient in the midst of challenges. You have maintained your focus with an eagle-eyed determination towards the achievement of your dream to become lawyers. May Allah guide you in your quest to become lawyers someday,” Torreon wrote in a Facebook post.
The 2024 bar exams were held on Sept. 8, 11, and 15.
