DCCCI to expect larger audience for 2nd Innovation Summit

THE DAVAO City Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (DCCCI)  expects a much larger audience for its 2nd Innovation Summit set on Nov. 7 to 9 at SMX Convention Center.

In a statement, the event attracted over 400 delegates and featured 20 exhibitors in its flagship launch last 2022, showcasing cutting-edge innovations and providing network opportunities for tech enthusiasts, business leaders, and diplomats.

During the Philippine Blockchain Week where the Innovation Summit was launched,  DCCCI president Belinda Torres said this will further expand their platform to reach a broader audience as they again partnered with ICT Davao.

“This collaboration underlines our commitment to fostering innovation and driving positive change across industries, reinforcing our mission to accelerate economic growth and technological advancement in Davao City and the entire Davao Region,” Torres said.

The event’s lineup of activities includes a golf tournament, a job fair, conferences, networking, and gala nights, BIMP-EAGA CEO forum, and ICT Awards Night.

The event is also supported and promoted by several foreign diplomats from the embassies of Canada, Hungary, and India, as well as the consulate offices of China, Indonesia, Japan, and Malaysia. The Department of Trade and Industry XI, Department of Information and Communications Technology XI, Department of Science and Technology XI, and Mindanao Development Authority, had also affirmed their support.

The DCCCI also urged companies from various sectors and regions in the Philippines to participate in the event and take advantage of network expansion.
