COMMANDER Rejard V. Marfe of the Coast Guard Southeastern Mindanao (CGDSEM) led the oath-taking and pledge-signing ceremony of the newly appointed Vessel Safety Enforcement Inspection (VSEI) inspectors during Monday’s regular flag-raising ceremony.
The new inspectors pledged to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and dedication in enforcing maritime safety regulations, ensuring the safety of vessels and lives at sea.
The formal induction marks a significant step in CGDSEM’s ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure maritime environment.
